Pollination Station

Completed in 2024, Pollination Station is the third project in our Concordia Townhomes series. This 6-townhome community is on a corner lot at NE 36th Ave. and Alberta Ct. All homes are permanently affordable to first-time homebuyers at 80% of median family income through a partnership with Proud Ground and the Portland Clean Energy Fund.

Designed by Polyphon Architecture and Design, these three bedroom townhomes have solar PV panels to generate as much electricity as they use. Each has an induction range, heat pump, heat pump water heater, and insulation well beyond code. Inspired by the neighborhood beekeeper across the street, local pollinators are featured in art panels over each entry door and the shared corner bike rack. Finally, we selected private and street trees that bees would love!
