Orange Splot LLC has partnered with OpenDoor to test out a new model of shared housing in Cully. Working with Polyphon Architecture & Design, we’ve designed two side-by-side communities that share a central courtyard. Located just one block off the NE 42nd business district, both buildings feature attached ADUs with shared indoor areas. The defining courtyard, open to the street, will showcase mature trees while providing an area for neighbors to gather.
Bedrooms are now available for rent! This is a great chance to be part of a newly forming community. Please follow this link to submit your interest in becoming a founding member.
OpenDoor has managed coliving communities since 2013, providing unique community-centric solutions to rising housing prices. The cost of living at these properties is about 70% of the typical cost for an individual living alone in a studio apartment. We’re excited to have their expertise.
